Part-Time Admin Assistant

Due to the continuing growth of our business, our friendly, family-run garage is looking for a reliable and organised Part-Time Administration Assistant to support our day-to-day office tasks.

​

The role will include       

  • Basic invoicing and paperwork

  • General support for reception staff, including keeping reception area tidy, ordering stationery and filing

  • Answering phone calls and dealing with customer enquiries when reception is busy

​

We’re looking for someone who

  • Is well organised and trustworthy

  • Is comfortable noticing what needs doing day to day and getting on with it in a helpful, organised way

  • Has good communication skills

  • Is comfortable using a computer

  • Previous admin experience

  • Knowledge of cars is helpful but not essential

​

Hours Part-time 2pm – 5:30pm Monday - Friday with opportunity for holiday cover
Start Immediate / negotiable
